Woodlands Academy opened its doors in 1973 at the “Dal Riada” residence in Dublin. This was Oak International’s first academy for girls. Wingfield House, where Woodlands is now situated is a restored Queen Anne-style mansion and was built during the 1800s. It is located in County Wicklow, 25 km away from Dublin, at the bottom of the Sugar Loaf Mountain, very close to the renowned Powerscourt Gardens and Golf course.
The property’s expansive lawns, elegant gardens and natural pond provide Woodlands Academy’s students with exceptionally beautiful surroundings.
